RDC collects information by various methods including information actively provided by lead providers and information arising from customer assessment and general feedback with the aim to assist clients with debt relief.

This information is used to aid in the provision of our various products and services, including customer service, accounting, collections and other marketing product services.

Personal information is stored in a combination of paper and electronic files. They are protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information and kept strictly confidential.

Cookies are used by RDC for the convenience of our users. Cookies automatically authenticate the user. A user can access RDCs’ website with the cookie feature turned off. RDC also uses cookies to track visitors and uses that information to improve the users’ experience.

Individuals may review their personal information contained in RDCs’ records by contacting RDC via e-mail on manager@rossouwdc.co.za. If an individual believes that any of their personal information is inaccurate, please inform RDC directly in writing for rectification. Access to personal information may be requested by third parties. The Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (‘PAIA’) regulates and provides information for a request and under which circumstances such access may be refused.
