What is Debt Review?
Debt Review, also known as Debt Counselling or Debt Consolidation, is a NCR-regulated program created through the National Credit Act. It legally assists over-indebted consumers in becoming debt-free. A Debt Counsellor assesses the consumers' financial circumstances and proceeds to restructure debts through a payment plan (proposal). This plan benefits both the consumer and the credit provider, taking into consideration both essential living expenses and the consumer's debt obligations.
